Check Both Limit Systems Before Sending
The cashier amount and the bKash wallet limit answer different questions. A payment can fit the operator range but still fail a wallet transaction, daily, monthly or balance rule.
Open the live cashierRead the live cashier range
Open the payment method inside the signed-in account and note the minimum, maximum, exact amount rule and expiry timer. These values can change by channel and should not be copied from an old guide.
Identify the bKash transaction type
Payment, Send Money, Cash Out and transfer services have different controls. Follow the transaction type named by the current payment instruction instead of applying a cash-out limit to a merchant payment.
Check cumulative limits
A per-transaction amount may be valid while the day's or month's total has already been reached. Review recent wallet activity and the current official limit table before retrying.
Allow for wallet balance rules
Confirm the wallet can send the requested amount and still comply with any balance ceiling or fee requirement. Do not split a payment unless the cashier explicitly creates separate valid requests.
Use the displayed amount exactly
Some payment requests are reconciled by exact amount and time window. Sending a rounded or combined amount can prevent automatic credit even when bKash reports success.

No. Cash Out and merchant Payment are different transaction types with different controls.

A cumulative wallet limit, balance rule, expired request or wrong transaction type can block it.
Should one deposit be split?
Only if the live cashier issues valid separate instructions; an unrequested split may not reconcile.
